Travelling by Train
For Doomben racecourses, catch the train by taking the Doomben line from any CBD railway station or change services at Eagle Junction for the Doomben line. Doomben: Doomben railway station is located a five-minute walk to the racecourse.
Travelling by Bus
Doomben: Catch route 301 from Adelaide Street, City to Doomben Racecourse.
Car Parking All onsite car parking is free for the 2018 event
Disabled & Authorised Speakers and Special Guests (Display Cards) vehicles only accepted through this gate. This is the only area for disabled car parking. If full, drop off disabled persons here then park vehicle elsewhere.
Gate 6 Hampden Street open from 7.30am to 5pm 300 plus car parks in St Ledger Lawn Carpark.
Gate 2 Nudgee Road open from 8am to 5pm 700 plus car parks in the inner racecourse parking area. A dedicated 8-seater courtesy vehicle with driver will shuttle event attendees from the carpark directly to Gate 2 ticket booth.
Parking in the nearby streets is an option for event attendees.
Ticket Booth's will be set up at Gate 2 (Nudgee Rd), Gate 4 (Hampden St) and Gate 5 (Hampden St) all open from 8am to 5pm. ATM is located inside Gate 4 entry area.
Disabled Toilets/Parents Room is located near the Food Court undercover seating area.
NOTE 1: Disabled parking is located within the Gate 5 car park. Vehicles must display a valid disabled parking permit.
NOTE 2: Parking at the event onsite or in nearby streets is at the discretion, risk and responsibility of the car owner. Please abide by all local council parking regulations.
